Drop in as many old screenshots as you've got at once. Anything that looks like an exact repeat - same player, course, difficulty, and in-game timestamp - gets flagged as a possible duplicate and excluded by default, so bulk-uploading your history is safe and won't skew course averages.
Old screenshots from Doubles, All 4 One, or Ducks games won't count toward those formats' stats - that only happens automatically when you actually play them through the live queue on this site, which is what links a scorecard back to the right match. Uploading an old group/casual game here just adds it as an anonymous round, which can pull the course difficulty numbers in a different direction than genuine stroke-play rounds. If in doubt, leave it out.
